Having to use my laptop as my desktop has died, which means I have no shortcuts set up. Needed to change my account status and first checked the Account Support FAQ, where it is still telling people to go to myaccount.turbine.com which hasn't had it's security certificate updated for over 700 days.
Came back to check other posts, and found a thread 'Help Resetting Account' started on 31/10/21 which had the correct https:/myaccount.standingstones.com link.
The FAQ must have been updated at least once after the split from Turbine as it references DDO points rather than Turbine points, so could you please correct the link information? FAQs like these are an initial point of call, they need to be accurate...
