FVS - we can choose which DR at level 20. Which is best?

I wasn't aware that we could choose now.

So i have the choice:

Silver
Cold Iron
Good
Adamantine

Any suggestions on which I should choose? I am a Dragonborn.

Unless you want to specifically farm Running with the Devils or The Archon's Trial.

At the beginning it is.. including the feats. I chose Sovereign Host, I have the longsword bonuses, I have the Unyielding Sovereignity but at level 20, i could choose 1 DR among that list.

I eventually chose Cold Iron, incase this is a bug and if I picked the wrong choice, my character would break.

Good would be the best DR, but then again at 20, not like it matters anymore.

Thanks. I actually would have thought that it was rarer for an enemy to have cold-iron or adamantine weapons.

It suggests that Good is the only DR that monsters can break (Archon's Trial and Running with the Devils quests)

Right... Several sources state that only creatures with alignment DR, DR/magic and DR/Epic generally can bypass corresponding (same/opposite) DR.
Creatures with Material DR do not bypass Material DR as a general rule.

This makes Good DR the worst choice. My bad. TIL.

Yes, but at 20 and above does it matter if you take 1000 damage or 999 damage?
