I can't play with my old characters. I can't logging with my old account. I need help

Hi everybody,

I used to play dungeons and dragons on line a long time ago since 2006 to 2010 approximately.

I had about 5 characters in those times with a lot of stuff.

Now I installed dungeons and dragons on steam and I read somewhere that it was possible to loggin with an old account.

My old mail and password dont work.

I want to recover my old characters, I spent a lot of hours in ddo, and now I see you can get some quests for free until december 2021.

I visited the page https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/index.php and I wrote my old e-mail, I wrote I forgot the password, but they dont send me even a message.

How can I recover my old characters from Turbine's days?

Thanks to the Standing Stone Games support I was able to recover my account.

I am very happy to had reunited with my old characters and to be back in ddo.

I really enjoy the game!!

Please share HOW!?! I can't get any response and I know I've been on more recently than you describe. I have a bunch of account perks that I don't want to lose, so...

How did you make contact? I can only get the auto-responses and the emails don't make it to the account.

My suggestion is to download discord and then join discord.com, the Official DDO discord (link in the sidebar). It's very lively and is an excellent way to get help as you begin to figure things out.

In the meantime, I'd suggest you find a active guild that is on the server. A guild with a large number of members. They could be a guide.

In the end, you just need to enjoy the game. Put your points of enhancement into your character and join or start an LFM. Perhaps inform the leader of your party that you've just returned and may need assistance in to complete the quest.
