Default Quick question about tomes of fate

I rolled a 99 on my weekly gold roll. Got some hair dye, a +2 tome of fate, and the standard xp stone. My inquiry is the tome of fate. I haven't gotten back to level 20 since before the update, and I was lead to believe we do not have twists of fate. How does this tome work now? I have my 3 historic tomes of destiny +1 from previous epic past lives, but those seem entirely different by description.

A Destiny Point is used to buy abilities in the new trees

A Fate point gives you some extra HP/SP and accumulating 3 of them gives you an extra permanent Destiny point.

    Fate points are accumulated from
    • Initial unlock of a destiny tree
    • Accumulating 3(?) epic past lives
    • Eating Fate tomes (like the one you won in daily dice)

IMO, fate points should have been renamed something without "points" to make them more distinct, such as "fate scars" that harden your eternal soul.
That's not lag, it's just DDO trying to become turn-based again.
Feature wishlist: colour-coded HP bars; red/blue teams in raids; rez-timer in party menu
