We need more Demons/Devils in the mix, and let's get Graz'zt back in action, see what he's been up to since the Mines of Tethmyr series
Also wouldn't be opposed to some Genasi (espec as PC races)
Playing (and dying) since Open Beta...

Sperm Whale.
They spawn in public harbors, and can drag unsuspecting adventurers to the cold depths...
I can't understand why carrion crawlers haven't already been added. I thought they were a D&D staple. And there's no shortage of crypts in DDO.
Well it seems that most iconic ones have already been mentioned... including modrons.
So I guess I'd add something different for a change, like... remorhaz? With a whole new Icewind Dale themed adventure.
Or if we speak Eberron specific, how about a (special) snowflake ooze?![]()
I would enjoy the addition of many new, non-humanoid creatures suitable for use as boss encounters in many different environments. In my opinion, the best creature in the entire game is the Bebilith because it seems alien, looks menacing, features excellent artwork, and has very distinctive sound effects. When one shows up, you immediately know you are facing a serious threat. Also, the body plan with dagger feet, stinger tail, and pincers allows for many interesting special attacks.
Ankheg: These insect like predators weigh as much as a rhinoceros and carry formidable armor. In battle they can charge, trample, claw, bite, body slam, and spray acid. They would make excellent boss monsters in cave and wilderness settings.
Boss Suitability: High
Special Attack: Many
Special Weakness: No
Reusable: High
Behir: These serpentine animals weigh as much as a small elephant. In battle they can charge, trample, claw, bite, body slam, constrict, and breath lightning. They would make excellent boss monsters in cave, ruin, and wilderness settings.
Boss Suitability: High
Special Attack: Many
Special Weakness: No
Reusable: High
Bulette: Adult land sharks also weigh as much as a small elephant, carry better armor than a dragon, and can bite with the force if a great white shark. In battle they can charge, trample, bite, body slam, jump and belly slam, and even burrow. The rising back sail offers limited opportunity to bypass the animal's armor. They would make excellent boss monsters in cave, dungeon, ruin, and wilderness settings.
Boss Suitability: High
Special Attack: Many
Special Weakness: Yes
Reusable: High
Carrion Crawler: These large, worm like animals behave much like crocodiles. As ambush predators, they attack from concealment using their many stinging tentacles to subdue prey. They would make excellent mini-boss monsters in cave, dungeon, ruin, and wilderness settings.
Boss Suitability: Good
Special Attack: One trick pony
Special Weakness: No
Reusable: Very High
Remoraz: Polar worms weigh as much as a small elephant and hunt like polar bears. They can charge, trample, bite, body slam, and emit a come of cold. They would make excellent boss monsters in frozen cave and wilderness areas.
Boss Suitability: High
Special Attack: Many
Special Weakness: No
Reusable: Good
Large and dangerous herbivorous animals would make an excellent edition to the game. We constantly find giant mushrooms in caves. What eats them? Lush jungles surround Stormreach. What eats all that vegetation?
Whatever the choice, make it something dangerous, highly reusable, and not humanoid!
