Can't Setup New Payment or Continue VIP Using Paypal

As the title says, I can no longer use Paypal to pay for my VIP, it said payment failure. I tried removing it as an option and setting it up again but it just brings up a window with the Paypal login, which just hangs when I enter my login details. In the end I had to use Amazon pay but that costs almost 10% more and I refuse to keep doing that every time I want to buy something or subscribe. I've logged a ticket with Xsolla who just tell me to use live chat but I can't get to a live chat option, it just keeps sending me back to the ticket option. I'm losing patience with this now, it's been almost a week and still no help.

Hey, not sure if you've solved the Paypal issue or not yet but I had the exact same problem (Paypal window popped up in DDO browser but after entering my email it wouldn't load anything).
I solved this by forcing DDO to open the store in an actual external browser, in the DDO launcher open the settings menu (down arrow next to the minimize button), then select the 32-bit Unsupported Legacy Client (not just 32-bit, it has to be the unsupported legacy version). This should then force the game to use your default browser rather than DDO's browser and allow you to link your Paypal account. After it's linked you can just change it back to the 64-bit client.
