Help resetting account.

Hello me and a friend have just started to play this game again after a 2+ years absence.

My friend is having trouble resetting his password using this site. https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/index.php

I have also tried to use this site myself over the weekend and the password reset is definitely not working as it's not sending the emails to reset the password.

His account name is Mebhairy and he has submitted a support ticket already with the relevant information.

Please if anyone can grab someone that can sort out the password reset, that would be great.

I would for starters remove your friends username from your post.

REMEMBER: DO NOT SHARE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD WITH ANYONE! WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR PASSWORD.

I had a guildie who returned after a two plus year hiatus.
SSG currently resets passwords of accounts over two years old. See this post.

He ended up contacting support and it took about three business days to resolve as had forgotten which email account he had linked to his username.
