Purchased Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh Ultimate Fan Bundle still hasn't arrived and its been about 12 hours. - Help!

Purchased from the DDO store and I received the email confirmation but no items arrived so I assume my account didn't get credit.

You MUST go to the Saltmarsh and speak with the fellow in the tavern.

To access the new area, go to The Gatekeepers' Grove in the Harbor, talk to NPC Val Arkalamnash and get transported to The Snapping Line Inn. Quest givers and entrance to the wilderness area is located within the inn.

But does that include the cosmetics as well? Don't they usually deliver to your inventory?

Yes it includes the cosmetics. This is a good change, since you can get them only if you want them on a toon, and can get them again if you lose them for some reason.
