Stats on Robe of Shadow? +7/27 or +5/20 ?

Wasn't sure where to ask this: I was digging through various banks and couldn't find a Robe of Shadow anywhere - so, I was thinking about farming one! However, the wiki says +7dc & +27% crit, while Joe Candymaker says something quite different (and anemic): +5dc & +20% crit. Which is correct?

Looks like the lower value since the stat squish
