Apologies if this is missing detail, the support site lost it twice because it doesn't recognise my email address (the same one I got confirmation emails for these purchases to), so I'm not in the best mood.

Item purchased 11/10/21 @ 20:43 GMT - Ruby of Acid (5D6) for 150 DDO Points - not delivered to character inventory, bank, shared bank or mailbox.

Items purchased 18/10/21 @ 19:35 GMT - Ruby of Acid (5D6), Ruby of Flame (5D6), Ruby of Frost (5D6), Ruby of Shock (5D6) for 150 DDO Points each, 600 DDO Points total - not delivered to character inventory, bank, shared bank or mailbox.

Please help.
