Looking for helping guild around (AEST)

Hi,
I am looking for a helper guild newbie friendly no ego and care free, Preferably Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Fri-sun and off and on during the week but if you are on same time as me i don't care what time zone you are from.
I would like a guild that i can run with and party with. As for the server i have toons on all but my main on Sarlona and am willing to play/move to other servers if needed. as for my experience i have played solo for a bit but still am new to the DDO world.
