Bug: Dripping With Magma

Dripping on Magma does not proc for spells on the weapons from Feywild ("The Obsidian Reaver" and "The Magmatic Cleaver"). I understand the red dragonscale armor proc's the effect, but shouldn't the weapons proc on spell cast too?

Is this still so? With Von5+6 being down getting the Armors if you dont have the scale isnt possible so the weapons are the only source.

yes it's true. And the cynical part of me thinks that this is 100% intended. Dripping with magma for casters is pretty much a BiS that's powerful to the point that there are almost certainly people who bought saltmarsh specifically to get access to it.
