Cannot access or purchase Shadowfell

Hi,
I am a Premium account, FreeDDO from summer 2020. I purchased Ravenloft and MOTU via ddo.com.
However, I can not see the Shadowfell pack to purchase it in the DDO store nor can I access the content in game.
How can this be fixed? I'd like to buy access to Shadowfell, particularly with the ongoing promotion.

I checked again today - and I can see the 99 DDO point Ravenloft, MOTU and Shadowfell packs. I have purchased the Shadowfell so I think issue is resolved.

If I recall correctly, when Standing Stone Games released the DDO Expansion Trove (including Menace of the Underdark, Ravenloft, and Shadowfell Conspiracy) in the DDO Market, they also removed Menace of the Underdark and Shadowfell Conspiracy from the in Game Shop. This was cause for a lot of complaints.

Menace of the Underdark and Shadowfell Conspiracy were added back into the Game Shop for 99 points each as part of the current drive for players. The Ravenloft quests were reduced from 2499 to 99 points.

So, you bought the right thing.
