Avalon of Ghallanda looking to grow endgame ranks for high reaper and raids

Hey all, I'm Yosefi of Ghallanda, guild leader of Avalon.

Here's the long deal for this recruiting:

• Super small guild effectively. Usually at least one guildie on at endgame everyday.
• Mostly USA playtime, overlapping with Asia, Europe and Australia playtimes. Join if that works for you.
• Guild Level 139, we already have all the ship benefits but you still get to help us earn the prestige, its not too late!
• Commitment to master some role(s) at end game but not in a judgey or rushed way.
• Commitment to playing high reaper quests and challenging raid roles. Learning fails, ok.
• Commitment to honest self assessment and avoiding "griefing", especially if we are playing in public groups.
• Honor system that we try, but won't be judging mess ups.
• Your playstyle probably meshes with my play style if you like the Ghallanda PUG scene.
• I'm up for anything pretty much and willing to fail something difficult repeatedly if people are cheerful enough about it.
• My endgame toon is full completionist, maxxed out DPS thing currently but all power welcome if coaching is accepted.
• We respect all guilds and truck no quarrel with other guilds or disrespect anyone while under Avalon banner.
• Endgame seems to be the way we can show up for each other without unrealistic time commitments or scheduling.
• Self selection based on agreeable to above.
