Hi Lynnabel,
As at U51 Lammania Preview 2:
Epic Spellpower (all types)
and
Legendary Feats: Scion of XXX
all seem to give incorrect spell critical damage all over the place.
Is it correct that scion of the feywild, after having force critical added along side sonic, has had that removed again, and if so, will a feat to get increased critical chance with force be added elsewhere?
Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. -Seneca the ElderIryklaunavan, Karaskkesir, Desideratum, Gregorii, Jhasmyne, VisUbique eo, invenio me esse ducem hominium.
Fred does not offer new feats in exchange for Arcane Pulse (or any of the other missing feats, eg. Spell Power)
Which leads to the question: Will we get free +n hearts with this update?
There were 13 scion feats. Now it looks like there are 8.
Are feats such as "scion of the astral plane" going to be added? (I don't see assassinate, for example, listed in the new feats.)
Like the vibes.
Please consider the environment before printing this post
Can you increase the all other spell critical damage to 15% for each of the spell types. This would help casters with a less focused spell rotation keep up with casters that have a focused spell rotation and leave them closer to where they were with the previous Scion of Fire.
Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting (new!)
Requires Two Weapon Fighting, level 22. Your offhand attacks now doublestrike at 65% of the rate of your main hand, versus the base 50%.
Tempest better get their 25% off-hand back.
Is there a list somewhere of all the feats being removed from the game?
I heard about arcane pulse. What was the rationale behind that? It never struck me as over-powered. But it was something a lot characters did take.
I think Expanded Clip will make sense if Mechanic Rogue had this option as well, Mechanic Rogues, keep getting stuff stolen from them and given to Artificers; This Feat should grant Mechanical Reloader for Rogue Mechanic if they have a Certain Tier II Enhancement in the Mechanic Tree as well and also be level gated to 12 Rogue to match Artificer level 12 prerequisite.
On a side note Scion of the Ethereal Plane would do well to add Force and Untyped Damage to it since, Shadow Dancer is looking to add Caster to it's Tree.
Epic Feats
Scion of the Ethereal Plane:
- +4 to Tactical Feat and Assassinate DCs
- Now grants+10 Force/Untyped Spell Power, +30 Universal Spell Power, +25% Force/Untyped Spell Critical Damage, +10% all other spell critical damage.
- +4% Doublestrike & Doubleshot. An additional +4 if you are centered.
- +4% Dodge; +4 Dodge cap, +4 to Reflex Saves.

I would consider it a mockery on the part of the devs if they put support to force spells in a non-caster feat and not in the two feats that the vast majority of casters that use force usually take. It would already be **** on the part of the devs.
I do not care if they put the etheral scion, although I do not see sense in a rogue feat. But where they DO have to put it is either in the EDs or in the feats used by the classes that really depend on these spells.

Epic Whirlwind...with an extra rotation preq. whirlwind cool down 2 min
That would be cool
Can you update death aura and greater death to scale past level 20 so it can take advantage of the increases in caster level?
Right now the amount healed on both cap at level 20, regardless of maximum caster level, so the loss of epic destiny spell power on a PM is a survivability decrease not made up for by the caster level increase.
