I am a 30 Barb with decent gear looking for a guild to do Legendary raids with on a regular basis. I started all the way back in 2009 and have been playing off and on since about 2015/2016. Often I am playing with a small group of friends and the raids I catch come via LFG. The main catch here is I would like to raid with whatever group/guild/etc without leaving my guild. Me and the aforementioned group of people have put a decent amount of effort in leveling this guild and I'd like to remain in it.

I have decent gear, acceptable DPS and good understanding of every relevant end-game raid right now (besides PN & THTH, but obviously very willing to learn either or both). I am mainly looking for a competent group that does LH/LE/R1 of KT, VoD & Dryad, but obviously I will do other raids to help if there is some sort of a schedule. (I would like to avoid LN if at all possible). I have been trying to get by with the frequent groups that appear in LFG but they typically fall short everywhere but Dryad.

I am available every day of the week on a regular basis. 5pm-1am CST on Monday-Thursday, 5pm-whenever on Friday and then for the majority of the day on both Saturdays and Sundays to group up. I have no problem running things multiple times per week on reset or even popping timers if necessary.
