I thought this would be useful due to all the talk about only having access to a single mantle at a time.

Helpful but would be easier to read if you had a different color for the ED names.

You left out the +1W for the Divine Crusader Tier 3 mantle.

Some of these look pathetically anemic, however...

My big take away from this chart is that since Mantles are exclusive all this^ means they are taking up more real estate in the ED trees than they should be, meaning there is less choices for someone spending in a secondary fashion.

With all these exclusives and cooldowns and what-not, Mantles and Strikes should probably be limited to 3 enhancements each - the original Mantle Stance, the original strike and 2 upgrades each. That's still 6 spots out 25 so roughly a quarter. Thankfully, looks like most of the strikes already fit that pattern with some less (just two spots). But some of the Mantles occupy an entire column up the tiers.

You might look at what we're shown currently and think oh 8 spots out of 25 isn't so bad its only a third... except several of the trees have a split focus like Shadowdancer's Rogue/Illusion caster, if a third of the options are not really options because you are using a mantle and strike from another tree and you are only interested in one or the other - rogue support or caster support, well your choices just got severely curtailed.

On the other hand if they relaxed the points spent to access tiers a little it wouldn't be such an issue.
    ----------------------
Actually, it occurs to me that the reason this is all so much more stifling than heroic enhancements is because we're actually semi-required to spend in other destinies especially the cores to meet certain thresholds. That just isn't true of heroic enhancements. You can easily choose to spend most of your points in a single tree and be very well setup in your character in heroics because most heroic trees don't have such split focuses, as well as only having to spend a single point to unlock a secondary or tertiary tree and not feeling required to get further cores. Perhaps its these two qualities together that are causing consternation.

So if your playing a caster dps, use FoTW mantle.

If you are playing a melee dps, use FoTW mantle.

If you are playing a ranged dps, use FoTW mantle.

If you are playing a tank, use FoTW mantle, and tank in FoTW on a barbarian unless you are a high reaper raid tank.

    Am I missing anything?
