TWF Warlock

Looking for a TWF pure warlock (Not Visanti) With the new Fey tree out, I would like to dual wield short swords and go wit Aura to compliment the damage. I've checked the threads for Warlock and am unable to find a TWF that isn't Visanti.

If anyone has a build or recommendations for this (No splash) please let me know.

How married are you to "TWF" and "no splash"?

If the answer to both is "fairly", Vistani is your best bet because it's the only way to improve your critical profile. You could use khopeshes or Knight's Training and have a decent profile, but it'll still be behind other melee builds and your overall damage will suffer a bit from that. As a Warlock, you'll be mixing spell damage (blast aura) and melee damage which is quite a bit harder to gear for, making your overall damage suffer more.

That's usually a warning sign that your build concept is suboptimal.

Enlightened Spirit is a pretty weak melee DPS tree, which is why people supplemented it with Vistani Knife Fighter. With Feydark Illusionist, it's possible to go ESpirit 41 / VKF 24 / Feydark 7 and have CHA as your melee DPS and caster DC stat with decent melee bonuses from VKF, although it pales in comparison to good 2H builds now.

Switching to short swords on a pure warlock means giving up VKF melee bonuses like +1 crit range & multiplier and +20% offhand from Double Dagger for Shadowblades, which doesn't look very powerful. I don't see any crit bonuses, for a start.

Then there's the opportunity cost. You'd be giving up pretty good caster DPS for a typical pure warlock to be a mediocre caster and a subpar melee build.

Don't go past elite or low reaper, don't go past heroics, and either solo or make your own groups excluding arcane casting characters from joining.

Also, I've been playing around with the build and such, but if it ain't what/or how you want to play, come up with a build on your own.
