Can't buy ddo points no matter what I try

I have read suggestions here and have tried everything I can think of. I cannot purchase ddo points. Tried with credit card, bank card, paypal. I have had trouble with the last two expansion packs but I was able to use live chat on xsolla and they would resolve it. The live chat is no longer there. I can't make a ticket there because I don't have a transaction number because the purchase won't go through. What am I supposed to do. I am trying to give them money and they don't seem to want it. Please help!

I deleted all old cards. A new paypal account would not work, however a new credit card did after log out with no cards listed. It is crazy having to jump through hoops just to give someone my money. Hope this helps someone in the future.

Thanks, Vic for reporting your findings here. Quite some people have problems spending money on SSG. Money they want to spend but SSG can't receive for whatever reason.
