SOLVED: as daybreakgames online help says, this problem was related to my bank not trusting ddo / daybreakgames. I phoned my bank and I just purchased Saltmarsh perfectly.It seems my bank changed their security policies and reset my own personal "white list", because this wasn't the first time I paid for DDO products both from daybreakgames page and xsolla payment gateway.
Regarding Turbine / DDO points, I had to follow the link to Xsolla help desk that's on the bottom of the checkout pages, then I was finally able to purchase my DDO points. For the record, these two issues are unrelated (different payment gateways) and neither had anything to do with SSG / daybreak games.

See topic. I am using the very same credit card that I bought Fables of the Feywild, and it is stored within my user account at https://account.daybreakgames.com/, so no chance of typo / slim chance of bank refusing transactions.
Card expires on 2024 and its associated bank account has more than enough money.
I got a "maximum attempts exceeded" message or something like that when trying to purchase DDO points from within DDO Store. I was interested in bonus points promo. If these issues can't be resolved on time then please ignore this message.
