Heroic Raven's Eye (Fens) Set

Bug?

The Level 7 set description says +3 Artifact to Hit and Damage and +10 to Search and Spot. This has been the set effect for a significant length of time and is comparable to other equipment around that level.

The description in-game and performance says +3 to each and the performance is giving Artifact +3 to Search and Spot, which is comparable to Level 1 Korthos gear set (which is competence bonus). I believe this was a typo using the +3 from to Hit and Damage, but maybe it was intentional.
