    Default Mary's Jedi Shadow

Mary's Jedi Shadow build utilizes the U50 changes to Shadar-Kai, which grants two racial 360degree AOE melee attacks, as well as a number of other useful racial abilities, and is a dps 2HF Monk fully trapping rogue.

The Jedi Shadows are a group of Jedi devoted to fighting wielders of the Dark Side. They are the counter to Sith Assassins utilizing stealth and the Force to conceal their moves. Their lightsaber skills are considerable as is their connection with the Force. They are infiltrators, spies, and solo rogues, working alone to stop evil in the galaxy.

To play as Mary's Jedi Shadow as displayed you will need
    Shadar-Kai Iconic race
    Monk Class
    Feydark Illusionist Universal Tree
    Harper Universal Tree
    32 point character unlocked
    Racial +1 tome
    Universal +1tome
    Destiny +1 Tome
a +3 or better Supreme tome (you need +3 dex at least - do not try this build if you do not have, you need 17 dex for your 2weap fighting)

INT is your main stat - this allows you to trap/disarm from 1-30 provided you gear with some trapping swap gear.
    You will be Lawfully aligned
Your DPS gear set will be Sharn's Part of the Family
Your DPS is INT To hit/Dmg - you will be running with 'Know the Angles' up as much as possible.
You will use your JEDI MIND TRICK (AKA Greater Color Spray)
You take advantage of stealth and your fast movement along with spring attack to move quickly across the battlefield, using your 360 AOE attack with your dual-wielded lightsabers (your conjured Feydark dual-wielded swords)
You also have the assassinate ability and can utilize it, however this build is primarily DPS with lots of AOE melee.

As you don't take cores out of rogue tree's except 0 in assassin, is there any reason for the 14/6 split over say 12/5?

As far as I can tell you'd lose diamond soul (a huge loss, I know), -2 BAB, -2 saves, -1 trap sense, and open up 3 levels for anything.

You'd not even need to spend AP in the new class to pick up saves & immunities (pally), save a feat (any magic class, which may thematically fit with your build), and so forth. Even just going 8 rogue would give extra sneak attack and improved uncanny dodge.

Are dodge, mobility, and spring attack really worth it?

I posted the build I enjoyed - I played it from 1 to 30 and it was much fun - I wanted Diamond Soul but you could alter - the general jist of the build is open for tweaking in various directions. I did 6 levels in rogue to make sure I had the skill points to keep all the essential skills maxed so I could effectively trap - which I did in Reaper group content successfully - even in Legendary Reaper I trapped successfully.

I think they are extremely fun - remember spring attack is an aoe attack - so you get 3 aoe attacks with your lightsabers allowing you to crit multiple targets and PK them all. Very fun.

Worth a three feat investment? I have never messed with it since it was changed to an AoE.
