Need help with help because help is broken.

I wanted to ask for help with a broken item, but I can't even open the interface. Help with help?

Also when logging in on any character, I see the following message:

Click in the middle of the screen towards the bottom and see if anything pops up

When I open help I get a window but it's blank. I found that if I click and drag in the window I can reveal its contents. It's annoying, but it's been years so I assume it will never be fixed. If you can get the window open, try clicking and dragging from the middle top down to the lower right and see if it reveals any secrets.
