Spend 3 minutes to respond to your players who are frustrated and looking for reasons not to stop playing over issues they can't solve themselves.

A nicely worded PM to Cordo probably is the best bet.
DDO should not be a source of frustration.

As I see it you are so deeply furyous about the issue that any reply will only make things worse.

If they decided they wanted the nebula fragment to be really rare then thats it. If you just have extremely bad luck then thats it.

The fact that you disagree and are frustrated wont really be helped by a dev posting that the drop rates are working as intended and that you just seem to be having a long unlucky streak.
