Middle of the Road Player looking for Build Ideas

Hello! I am a middle of the road player, definitely not new but definitely not uber-elite. Currently, I'm looking for build ideas for something (preferably melee, thf) that can solo low reapers and hold up decently in raids and mid-reapers with groups. With my current skill set and past lives, I'm definitely not expecting anything top of the line, but any ideas would help!

Currently, I have:
- Single Completionist
- Few Racial PLs (not loaded on Racial APs at this time)
- Some Epic PLs, working on them
- No iconic.

As stated, I'd like to be able to stand my ground decently in epics and reaper content. I'd prefer to be able to self heal and do some DPS, but I'd like some ideas of what would be a good option for someone like myself. I'm a semi-casual player who has reached a crossroads, so I figured I'd try and ask the community for help to improve. Many thanks in advance.

There are several threads in the Hard Core subforum that suggest some very sturdy builds that might work. (No time to find/link, sorry, but they're easy to spot once you go there.)

Some Druid/bears looked particularly surly, iirc.

Howdy, figured I'd toss a few ideas your way.

1) 14 Cleric/6 Wizard THF (guildie is using 14/5/1 Iconic for most of his Iconic past lives)
Animal domain. Using Palemaster + Harm for healing.
~39 AP Eldritch Knight
Pickup undead form + Divine Might from War Priest
Rest is fairly flexible.

2) Pure Paladin THF
Heals = LoH + Spells
Durable, solid DPS.
Gotta be careful running defensive stance in raids, can pull boss aggro.

3) PDK 13 Bard/6 Fighter/1 FVS (or Cleric) THF
Max CHA w/ Greatswords (need enough STR for THF feats)
~40 AP in Warchanter (gives Kingly Recovery for 3 full heals in reaper)
= Awesome CC!
12 AP in Kensei for Strike with No Thought + Shattering Strike (or more for Opportunity Attack)
4 AP in War Soul for CHA trance
3 AP in PDK for Cormyrian Weapon Training

4) Pure Wizard EK (or 18/1 Fighter (or Barb)/1 FVS) THF
41 AP in Eldritch Knight
Pick up Harper or Falconry Trance
Palemaster for heals (or run a Warforged/Bladeforged and use repair spells)


Happy to flesh out any of the builds if one in particular piques your interest.

Thank you for the suggestions! I'll likely go with either 1 or 4 next life.

And to clarify for those who were confused, I do have access to Iconics, I just have let to do any iconic lives. They are on the list, but a ways down, below Racial and Epic TRs ????
