This is a fun and effective self-healing solo build for a Half Orc racial TR if you already have a decent number of Racial Past lives. (I currently have 8 racial AP)
It might seem odd to have a Dex-based Wizard build, but as it does not need to cast any offensive spells at all, never mind any DC-dependent ones, it only needs enough Int to cast its spells. Thief Acrobat gives it Dex to hit and damage with quarterstaves. As a rogue, it also has Short Bow proficiency, with Dex to hit and damage, and EK spell sword damage, for reasonable ranged damage against annoying hard-to-get-at mobs.
Similarly it isn't bothering with trapping either - really not necessary for a Pale Master, especially with Evasion and high Reflex save. It is more of a zerging than a softly softly build anyway.
Also note that Orcish Rage is pretty amazing in Heroics, giving +40 melee power for 12 seconds. It doesn't matter that it prevents casting, because all needed spells are cast before combat begins. (Extended) Death Aura, Haste, Displacement and Tenser's will last through a whole (non-raid) boss combat anyway, so there is no need to cast anything during combat. If anything goes wrong, you have to wait 12 seconds to cast Negative Blast, but that rarely happens.
