Thief Acrobat Sweeping Strikes

I am new to playing rogues, so please bear with me if this is a stupid question.

The wording of the Sweeping Strikes tooltip is "Deals +5(W) damage to all nearby enemies and trips them".

It says "all nearby enemies", so I assumed this meant a 360 degree sweep. However, I have noticed that it doesn't seem to damage enemies behind your toon. (Hard to be completely sure when running in Death Aura in a Pale Acrobat build).

Is it in fact just a frontal cleave? Does it have the same arc as Cleave? And if so, what is that arc?

I'd like to correct myself and say that after testing it seems more like 180 degrees (or slightly more). It certainly is not a 270. It felt like that while questing because I always took a small step backwards before using the attack.

The lil tweaks!

I like to open combat with Staff Lounge —> tumble back —> Quick strikes —> and then the Sweeping strikes :B

I like to think that cleaves can double strike ????
