The new level 1 chain feat. Is being blocked by Quell strike. IE. If you are out in the orchard and get quelled you cannot use the level 1 chain feat. But the greater chain enhancement still functions.

It would have been more helpful if this thread had a more describing title.
"New level 1 chain feat" is such a generic title ..."You are a Tiefling. And a Cleric, with the Domain of the Sun. Doesn't that contradict each other ?" "No, all my friends are playing evil. I found that so boring that I decided to be on the good side. And, besides, Sun and Fire, where is the difference, really ?"
