During startup, it won't keep settings from previous session. Aside from being able to access my characters on various servers, it's like starting over every time. Even the intro movie plays (without sound) This has persisted through the various patches. Already uninstalled and reinstalled. Also, the audio sometimes recognizes my various audio outputs and sometimes it doesn't. However, it no longer allows sounds from any outside audio output (Windows Media Player, Groove, Windows Edge, etc.
No response was sent to me. Confirmed on Standing Stone's website, Replied 4 times requesting update. nothing. Just checked again because I'm having an minor issue with a character on Ghallandra (Character got an augment stone from the DDO Store. now it wont open. Clicking on help button to open a ticket only to have an empty box with code CEF 3 Branch 2924 in the bottom right. Restarted game twice. no effect). Pulled up ticket's on standing stone to see it solved. Submitted another ticket 178934.
