Okay, so, at the subject of trying to top up my points at the store. Afterwards somehow, it's asking me for a debit amount confirmation, to identify if I'm that account holder or something like that. I have no idea what it's asking me to do! Anyone know what it means?! Because this is completely unknown to me!

It makes a small, usually less then $1, hold or purchase on the account associated with the card. You look this up and relay that info back and get approved.
