Anyway to refund DDO points from in store item purchase?

So I've been away about a year and THOUGHT i could use the +1 universal enhancement tome. Once I bought it and tried to use it it messaged that I have already used one. Now its bound to character and wondering if I can just get the DDO points refunded and the item removed from inventory. I am sure Ill use the points on ottos boxes when they come back. SUcks to waste points like this.

I submitted an ingame ticket but not counting my blessings on rectifying.

If anyone has done something similar and has advice I'm happy to hear how it went for you.

I did the exact same thing recently. Submitted a ticket and wouldn't you know it... No response at all.

Possibly an alternative, tho almost as sucky as wasting the purchase points already - Wish Of Inheritance might help?

I wouldn't buy one without some degree of opinion that those work on Store items like that.

Wish only works on equitable items.

I wanted to provide an update. When i logged in this afternoon. The item was removed from inventory and ddo points refunded to account. Thank you to the DDO staff for taking care of me on this one.
