Vulkoorim Fighting Leathers cannot be made Epic, it seems

Put in Altar, the leathers were refused. There is not even a recipe in there. Weird.

I had pulled them that session from OOB so not some legacy version. I put them in the legacy altar just in case but nothing happened there either.

Anyone else run into this?

Is this one of those updates Lynnabel mentioned for a patch in regards to Sands items?

Old epic version can however be upgraded in the legacy altar.

oh dear. My characters have both items and do they mean they are dead weight wasted spots in the bank and better become Sentient gem "food". Also, some Crystal Cove ML20 items cannot become sentient food and also, none of the rune arms can be eaten by the sentient gem(s).

I think Lynnabel is updating this stuff and we should be hearing from a dev in a bit for confirmation
