Looking for SDK goodness

Okay all you fine folks,. I have not played since thunderholme and gnomes ( get that out of the way real quick ) and I am looking to rebuild a pure SDK rogue I have sitting around.
I am currently sitting at 22 but most of the enhancements I have are broken or changed so its not very functional.

I am looking to completely respec this character into something that can get to 30 without draining my friends of life if ya know what I mean.

I do have a lot of old epic gear up to 26-28. I also have a +20 lesser heart laying around. So it does not need to be pure at all.

It does not necessarily have to perform in high reaper. I would like to be able to leverage chains.

I may cap and keep this guy for raids so I would prefer to be able to at least survive and be able to add something to a raid ( I WILL NOT enter any raid that I feel like I am a piker or have no use )

Thanks for any replies and if anyone has a decent updated character planner that would also be much appreciated.

well what. I went with with bard 3 / rogue 12 / barb 5 frenzied berserker with hand axes.
still heroic, not playing much because I'm on vacation with my family and hotel wifi sucks.
went int-based

roughly 17 SDK, 13 swash, 32 frb, 7 harper, 11ish vistani
