Cannot Exchange old Epic Bow of the Silver Flame for new version

I tried to exchange my old Epic Bow of the Silver Flame to get the new version and got a new copy of the old version instead. At least i am assuming that is what happened since the note in the general tab said it was successful. I was using the Legacy Alter of Epic Rituals and put in the bow and 50 Siberys Dragonshard Fragments. The release notes actually say to use the Legacy Alter of Rituals in the Twelve, but I found no such alter. I logged in and out after the exchange to see if that fixed it, and nada.

I also tried the Stone of Change and nothing happened. The Alter of Epic Rituals and the Alter of Legendary Rituals will not accept the bow.

Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Anyone having this problem with other epic items?

I got the same problem. After patch 50.1 still not able to restore epic Bow for the new one. =|

Worked but gave error. Legacy Altar of Epic Rituals down by the lava in the 12. Placed bow and sibery dragonshard fragments pressed forge button gave error but bow is now bound to accout.

Yep, my bow is bta but always with the old stats, I can't upgrade it with tge new version

Same thing with the Epic Sliver Slinger. It just gets "cleansed" instead of being revamped.

No idea about any other Web of Chaos items, since I was never able to make anything else.
