It is "him" not "her". I am sure that was unintentional but I just wanted to point that out.

Yes and that was my post he was responding to agreeing with what I said so I fully understand it. I think we are referring to different things however.

I am not referring to regular enemies in reaper - that part is obvious that they are getting the same reduction as enemies on elite but with reaper scaling applied. Reapers don't exist on elite difficulty so it's unknown to what extent reaper monster stats changed - doom reapers, vengeance reapers, carnage reapers etc. Based on my 3-man R10 run of saltmarsh and some solo R6 runs I don't think they were adjusted the same as regular mobs, but there may have been some partial adjustments. Due to my high reaper pts it didn't have a huge impact on me, but it certainly could be impactful for someone with 1300 hp and 0 reaper pts stepping into R1 for the first time.

When I leveled up my free to play account last summer with no tomes, hand-me-downs or store purchases of any kind I found leveling R1 solo fine on a paladin melee. At level 30 reaper mode in general was much harder with only 10 pts or so I accumulated at heroic levels. That experience would be even harder today. It was enlightening to me because even with 0 reaper pts my main account characters all had past lifes, tomes, etc. That free-to-play character now has wings so it's a non-issue for me, but my concern is creating an entry barrier for reaper for anyone late to the party - so it's good discussion point. I think it's fine that higher skulls are harder today than pre-U49, I just question whether it makes sense for lower skulls. It just seems to me the decision to not scale reaper was based on people with a bunch of reaper points and experience crushing R10 and not someone starting out with reaper on R1-R4 with no rxp.

There is no clear indication anywhere whether reaper stats inherited some changes from regular monsters or not and Lynnabel's response to me that you quoted didn't address that specific point.

Reapers lost thier legendary tier 2 bonus as I can confirm with my eyes so they got nerfed

Guess this partly my mistake for mis reading the op and assuming he meant mobs in reaper and not reapers themselves. I have doubts that it's taking him or anyone 5 times longer to complete quests because reapers didn't get an hp nerf. Reapers make up maybe 20% at most of the mobs in reaper and even if they retained 30% more hp that doesn't equate to 5x longer. This just tells me that they weren't ready for r6 plus and they still aren't ready for that. Dooms shouldn't take 3 minutes. They should take 30 seconds as is my experience
