... ... to have Legendary or Epic items - which the Hay basically is , because it can be used nowhere else - drop in level 3 quests !
Who needs that ? People who are new to the game won't. ... ...

A pity you can't set them on fire, beside an important main-road to somewhere ...

... like dutch farmers were doing to make their point (28th june 2022, besides the highway A7 - a little north of Amsterdam), against some government's nitrogen-plans ...

So the stuff drops in much greater quantities than other pack ingredients, yet cannot be used like other pack ingredients? And, in fact, is completely useless if you simply went and farmed the legendary versions of the items in the first place.
