Hi,

This is now my second "expansion" in a row where I have been unable to use the website store to buy them.

I get an error which says it cannot be completed.
Previously purchased etc.

I contacted customer support through email and after 4 months of waiting they said they couldn't figure out anything? In the end I waited 6 months to buy the last expansion IN GAME as for some reason you are happy to have my VIP account payments and take my money for coins in the game itself.

It is only in the website.

At this rate I am considering cancelling my VIP as this service is unacceptable. As a VIP I am hardly an unusual account.

Surely I am not blocked from buying it for having lived in two different countries? South Korea and New Zealand?

Please help!
