Bought the 60$ pack and can not access

So I bought the 60$ pack. I have the email confirmation of the transaction and the saltmarsh VIP ticket in my inventory. But the dragonborn does not think I bought the pack and I can not go out into the Saltmarsh area. I have closed the game down and re-entered but no Luck. I know contacting customer service is futile. Anyone have any advice. I did pay with Paypal so I am wondering if there is a delay because of that.

Same thing happened to me. Again. I sent a help request to standing stones.

Last update I bought the pack while I wasn't logged on and they were never able to deliver it. I eventually got a refund months later. I bought the pack with DDO points when it became available

I'm hoping I don't have to go through the same dance routine this time.

Are you sure you bought it with the same email/account as the one you logged into the game?
