Sorry for the minor necro thread here. I just wanted to mention that I'm in the U.S. and got the same failure message last night buying the Ultimate bundle. I tried again this morning and it went through. Now, almost 6 hours after the purchase I'm still not getting anything in my inventory. And yes, I did log into my bank and verify the transaction has gone through. Now begins the 2+ month period waiting for a response to my ticket, based on all the threads and responses on that subject.

You know, I never had any problem buying expansions before it required being logged into your account first. Can we go back to the redemption code process???
