Default Consider smoothing out the RXP curve as part of U51

Currently you grant 200% rxp scaling for level 30 quests which results in people zerging to 30 for that higher rxp with first-time bonuses.

If you had 150% rxp scaling for level 20 to 29 epic quest I think you would see many more lfms and interest in lower level epics. This would help promote the new smoother epic scaling curve and break people out of the rut of running wilderness to 30.

They plan to revisit or overhaul reaper in the future. It's unlikely to get adjusted before then, but I support the idea.

How about fixing it before that point so people aren't rushing to reach epic? I think the heroic levels need to be more loved rather than seeing them as a stepping stone to blast past. Though, to be fair, I'm a solo player so lfms aren't really an issue to me. Though, the few occadions I do join a group are absolutely horrible experiences because everyone is rushing to get through as quickly as possible. At this point, I've spent years with the rule "do not group for a quest I don't know well" because a group will deny me finding out anything about the quest because they are in a big hurry.
