Epic Destinies XP all dissapears after TR

I did a racial TR and when i got back to 20th i found that all of my epic destiny XP was gone along with associated fate points. So i put in a ticket on it. This was the response i finally got.

So, what am i to do. Do I TR again hoping my epic destiny xp comes back or will that mess me up further. The lack of response to this serious issue is appalling, not even a proper response to the problem. So i sit here spinning my wheels not even playing. Any help from the community will be appreciated.

That is the most disappointing response I've heard. They took how many days to respond, and want to close it because you weren't on for X days straight?

this is something that needs a quick response guys ..... we are talking about a player that is been here a long time put a lot of efford in trs and had all his epic trs benefits lost .... PLs give to one of our main players a quick reply and help

Forget about it. By the time they fix it the new system will come up so do some heroics lifes if you have or play a gimp toon.

Took me 4 tickets and one month and a half to have the support to give me an good way to solve this issue and it happens a LOT, mine was in april 2021. When they said they sould help me I had already leveled it all again and they refuse to give me my vip days back or the slayer and xp pots that I spent.

So not a vip anymore and not spending real money in DDO for a while. Or at least until they do any changes in the game that would affect usability and quality of life for the players outside of quests such as a new bank or more inventory system.
