After you return to "normal" time, there are no more kobolds anywhere. When you mention the name people look at you funny and don't seem to know what you are talking about. And Kou-Toa control the sewers beneath Stormreach (or at least the areas adventures haven't cleared out recently).

My druid was in bear form at the time he stepped on the bug. The DNA of the bear and the bug combined, and that's the origin of bugbears!

Since it was Chirp Wobblefoot that went back in time, all the bugs around the world started chanting his name as they search the globe for the bug squasher, uniting in their bloodlust and desire to eradicate the world of Chirp. When they find and destroy him, they will resume making their regular sound, "glop".
