Can't transfer Hardcore characters

Is anyone having trouble transferring characters from Hardcore? I'm trying to transfer three characters from the Hardcore server, but their names don't appear on the list when I click the transfer option. Instead, the name of a character that I deleted appears in the list. I've tried to transfer them several times, but their names never appear on the list. I was able to successfully transfer three other characters whose names did appear on the list, so I'm not sure why these other three don't appear, or why the name of the one deleted character does appear.

I submitted a ticket about it. Hopefully they can fix the problem or transfer them for me. The deadline to transfer is Wednesday morning, I think. I've transferred characters from all three previous Hardcore seasons and this is the first time I've had this happen.

If I remember correctly, guild leaders won't appear on the list. I always disband the guild and then transfer.

Thanks for your response. I totally forgot that guild leaders can't transfer. I went back on Hardcore and disbanded the guild, and then that allowed me to transfer the character who was the guild leader. The other characters, however, still do not appear in the transfer list. I have no idea why. But at least I got another character transferred.
