Shifter - Wis caster?

I was thinking of doing some Shifter racials, and thought a Wisdom based caster would work with the Wisdom boosting rage.
I haven't played a divine caster in years.
What's good these days?

It pairs really well with FvS, Cleric, or Druid as long as one has enough racial AP to take the ability to cast while raged. I did them with FvS nuker and the rage + temp spell points on rage + lesser displacement on rage was nice.
