    Default Medium or Heavy Armor?

I'm leveling a human Sorcerer and I was wondering what's better if wearing heavy armor without proficiency with EK reduced asf or taking armored arcana and wear medium armor with the increase in prr of the medium armor proficiency it gives. I can't take heavy armor proficiency because too many feats.

The main reason to wear heavy/heavier armor is for the PRR it gives - and you don't get that if you're not proficient.

    So, medium.

(Note - the Wiki articles don't spell this out, and imply you get some % of full value if not proficient - it's not impossible that it's changed or I'm just confoozled, but that's not how I remember it.)

Heavy Armor for AC is not really viable once your dex and dodge increases for builds not based around its use. At least from my experience on and off here.

Great, thanks. Medium armor then, unless you are warforged.
