Is the DDO Store not working?

Apologies if this is the wrong forum for this topic, but I was wondering if anyone else is having issues with the DDO store? Normally, everything is smooth-sailing, but I've had issues for awhile now. I spent some DDO points on Astral Shards, and it shows the purchase in my "History" section... but no shards yet. I've logged and relogged several times with multiple characters yesterday and today. I'm a VIP on Ghallanda if that matters.

Any information/feedback is greatly appreciated.

How would you know whether you got your astral shards or not? Where do you look to see?

You mean where on the screen Astral Shards are shown? Bottom right. Small indicator. Or maybe I misread..?

LOL it isn't a dumb question. Arkat always has insightful observations, especially on ddocast And yeah, I know where the indicator is. This isn't the first time I've bought Astral Shards... which is why this situation is so perplexing. When my buddy earlier bought his, he got them immediately. I'm going on Day-3 now with no indication of when/if I'll get mine.

Ask all the dumb questions you like. I may have missed something somehow.

Customer Service has refunded my points. It is unfortunate I can't buy them again with the 20% off sale... but hey, this is better than nothing.

PSA: Apparently, there may have been an issue with me trying to buy Astral Shards when accessing the DDO store from the character selection screen instead of logged into a character. I'm not sure if I actually did it this way (this time around), but I'll make sure I never do in the future. I would advise anyone making such purchases to do so while logged into an actual character.

I think 20% discount on shards is a weekly thursday rotation sale. So you'll see it again in the rotation eventually.
