Lamannia Server Down - Unable to load fully

So yesterday I'd finally managed to get the client installed after troubles doing so at the end of last week, but then I got to the launcher and found out that I couldn't log in, as the patching refused to complete, giving me a timeout error. It seems it has been going for some time, and it's still down at least on my end. My brother is also dealing with this, and I want to find out if the server itself is not functioning correctly or of it's an error on our clients or possibly on our network as a whole. Any available information would be greatly appreciated

The server only stays up for short periods of time to show the new stuff coming and for light testing purposes, it then gets switchwed back off until the next test period.
