can't access my character - "Your character is still being saved"

Character: Purplered
Server: Ghallanda

This happened just after a tr.
If I try to enter game on this character I get: "Your character is still being saved"
If I try to reincarnate, I get to end of character creation process, then get error: "UNKNOWN!"

Logging into another character doesn't help.
Erasing Prefs doesn't help.
Coming back 12hrs later doesn't help.

Have submitted ticket. But looking at history of this error, best solution seems to be to post here.

Character "Iconoclasta" in Thelanis, i have the same problem, when i was finishing an epic reincarnation the game got stuck when i clicked the "create" buttom, i had to alt-f4 away from it and now i have the very same problem, i just submitted a ticked with another char but i wonder if i could do anything else here instead of waiting their abyssal ticket response timers.
