No. Much like McDonalds French Fries, the tavern rations are no good once you leave the establishment. You have to eat them there to get the proper effect. If you do "take out" you are only taking out the trash. Originally Posted by Cordovan

Some people (or creatures) may consider dried rations take out, they are really just cardboard with a little added nutrition. In many cases you can't tell the rations from the packaging.
