Can't copy my main to lammania and can't find lynnabels post...

When i try to copy a character to lammania my main is not on the list?

Also the post where lynnabel states that they are dropping hp for mobs 25-50% i can't find. I wanted to see if that was in update 50 or 51?

is your main a guild leader? they wont show up ifso. ran into that prob on hc
